What Is Universal Travel Pass Level 3 Meaning :
Before going to all we need to know what is Universal Travel Pass ? An Universal pass is none other than Covid Epass . In old days it is mentioned as Lockdown Pass / Curfew Pass and epass Maharashtra . Now its been upgraded with new conditions as well as renamed with Universal pass . A person who has completed taking his both vaccination doses ( Injection Shots ) is eligible to apply Maharashtra Universal Pass . Others who have not completed 2nd dose of vaccine or who have only completed 1st dose & who have not taken their corona vaccination till now are not eligible to apply for this Mumbai Universal Pass .
One who have finished his 2nd covid vaccine dose and completed 14 days of time will be issued Maharashtra State Universal Pass . If some one completed 2nd dose and applied for the epass will be only issued after 14th day of 2nd vaccination .
Citizens of Maharashtra & Establishment staff of maharashtra (Government Employees / Private Industry Staff / Government Body Staff like Port , Railway Metro and all other ) can have separate links to apply for Universal Travel pass . For Universal Pass Registration every one has to maintain Vaccinated Registration Mobile number and a passport size photograph to complete online Registration at MSDMA website . One who have allotted certificate can maintain the epass in his mobile and by showing the epass to Mumbai Local Train Station Ticket Counter you will get Train Tickets for all routes .
How To Apply Maharashtra Mumbai Universal Pass For Citizens & Established Staff :
As we all know Government of Maharashtra launched a new portal called Epass msdma which allows public and established staff to register their Covid epass . Through https://Epassmsdma.mahait.org any one from maharashtra state can register them selves .All they need to do is to book online via your Vaccinated registered mobile number. Here in below we are offering the step wise process .
Maharashtra Universal Pass Applying procedure In MSDMA Portal :
- First open MSDMA Website @ https://epassmsdma.mahait.org
- After opening Maharashtra Developed Epass website , Select “Universal Epass For Double Vaccinated People “
- If you are central Government Employee or State Government Employee or Government Body Organizations like Ports , Electricity , Gas , Fire , Defense and more .or Private Sector employee then Select “Universal Pass For Establishment Staff ” to get your epass.
- Please Note that Only Registered Companies will get chance to registration . Private companies need to Register your establishment under ” Register Your Establishment ” with your all employees information and company information along with registration licence certificate .
- If one take Registration under Citizen option or Establishment Staff option , he must have to enter his mobile number which is used in Vaccination Registration time
- Now It will take you to a new page where you need to enter your cowin Registration Mobile Number or Covid Vaccinated Registration Mobile Number / Cowin Vaccination Registered Mobile Number
- When you enter your mobile number it will ask you to get otp . Click on Get otp and submit the otp received to your mobile number.
- Now it will show you all name details , who have vaccinated under this mobile number . Select the proper person and click on generate certificate link.
- By taking ” Generate Certificate ” one must have to upload his recent photograph . After uploading your Universal pass will be generated on screen.
- Check your name and 1st vaccination date , 2nd Vaccination Date , Aadhar Number in the certificate , Download it to your mobile .
- By showing this digital copy , you will get Mumbai Local Train Tickets & Maharashtra Train Tickets as well as Sub Urban Train Tickets , commuters Tickets , Memu Tickets , Metro Train Tickets .
Universal Travel Pass Registration For Establishment Companies :
We all know there are lakh of companies are in Maharashtra state and they are offering our daily needs . With the lakh of companies employees we will receive different kind of services . For example Gas , Milk , Electricity , Port , Transport , Media , Medical , Defense , Fire , Metro Railway , Police , Telecom and different services are essential in common life .With out the services a common life will not complete .
When we come to Companies , Some Private and some Government Subsidiary and remaining are government organized boards . With out staff none of company will run longer time . So the companies staff workers need to have a valid travel pass to reach the company in time . In order to travel , one must have Covid Epass to travel any where in the state . Here in below i am going to explain how can establishment staff can get Universal Pass or Universal Travel pass to travel in Mumbai Sub Urban Trains / Mumbai Local Trains / Mumbai Metro / Mumbai State Travel Corporation.
Note : As per MSDMA Portal , Companies are called as Establishment . Establishment Staff only get pass if the establishment is registered under Establishment Registration Link . In the time of Registration company Registration Form has to be upload . So take a original copy of Registration Certificate and scan it to upload before starting Registration Process.
Step Wise Procedure For Universal Travel Pass Registration – Establishment Registration:
- Open MSDMA website @ https://epassmsdma.mahait.org
- After opening the Mumbai Universal Travel Pass Website home page , Select Establishment registration to get Establishment Login .
- Click on Establishment Registration to open Online Application which helps to register your company to get Epass.
- Enter Establishment Registration Number – A Company Registration Number is a number provided by Industrial & Labor Department , Maharashtra State Government .
- Upload Photo Copy Of Establishment registration Certificate .
- Enter establishment Name , Address with Pincode.
- Select Your District .
- Choose Establishment Category from the drop down menu . There are Education , Medical , Government , Semi Government , Services options select the suitable .
- Under category , Select Sub Category of Establishment Type . In services we have police / Defense / Port / Railway / Metro / Medical / Press /Airport/ Electricity / Gas / telecom / Municipal and different other services .
- Under Medical we have Hospital / Nursery / Diagnostic Center / Dispensary / Pharma / Medical Shop / Medical Supply Hole Sale / Nursing Home /Poly Clinic and others
- Enter how many passes you need for the employees . Kindly Choose your number of staff to get number of passes
- Enter Co ordinator Details . Means one who is responsible for all company .
- Click on I accept terms and conditions , then submit the application to get login credentials . When you submit the application your registration is completed .
- After successful verification by authorities you will be given login credentials and passes .
