How To Apply New Ration Card In Goa State @ http://goacivilsupplies.gov.in/:

• To Apply New Rasion Card In Goa state we need to open Goa Civil Supplies Department Official website @ http://goacivilsupplies.gov.in/
• After opening the Department of Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Goa state Website , we need to select “ Online Application ” at main menu section.

• After selection of Online application , In the drop down menu you have ” New Ration Card ” option.
• Select New Ration Card , to login with your User name or Aadhar Card Number .
• When you choose New Ration card option it will be redirected to National Food Security website / Department of Food And Public Distribution official website @ http://nfsa.gov.in

• There are three options available to login which are aadhar based login ( Aadhar Enabled OTP ) and User id password based login , Ration card Number based OTP Login .
  • Here we are newly applying and doesn’t have existing ration card number and existing account of user id and password , so we have to go with aadhar based OTP.
  • Before going with Aadhar Based OTP , we need to check weather our Number is linked with our Aadhar card or not . Only Aadhar registered mobile number users can apply for this new ration card .
  • If you are registered your mobile number with your aadhar card so you can able to access it so that you will receive a Aadhar Authenticated OTP – one time password to your registered mobile number
  • If you are not registered your mobile number with your aadhar card it is not possible to login with aadhar number . kindly register your mobile number or update your mobile number with your aadhar card.
• Enter your 16 Digit Aadhar Card Number to generate One Time Password . By Selecting Generate OTP option you will receive a number to your registered mobile number .
• Enter 16 digit mobile number and select Biometric Authentication if you have Finger Print Device or IRIS device . In biometric device you dont need to enter any password . It automatically captures your Fingerprint or Eye and then will access to online application.
• Once Login is completed , you will enter into PDS website / National Food Security Website . There you need to fill an online application form with your details .
